What are your goals? What’s your reason for doing this? Who are you going to prove wrong? Who are you going to make proud? When training gets hard, our purpose keeps us going. 2️⃣ Do more in less time. Make your training sessions low duration & high intensity. We want to get better results, with less time at the field / gym / etc. They can train longer, we train smarter, and harder. 3️⃣ Quality over quantity. Instead of counting repetitions, focus on the quality of your technique. With every rep - analyze your technique and attempt to perform the skill better and better. More is not always better.
