We want a great body. But with so much information out there, how to make that happen can be confusing. The truth is... We can get into great shape on almost every training plan or diet. We just have to follow through. Don’t complicate the process. Just stick with it. With that in mind, here are 2 tips I’m currently using to see good results. 1️⃣ It’s not how much weight you move. It’s how you move the weight. Don’t think about moving the weight. Think about contracting the muscle. Your goal squeeze the targeted muscle so hard you make a 10lb dumbbell feel like 100lbs. 2️⃣ Train the same, remain the same. In order to grow, we must demand more from our bodies. If we do the same thing we’ve always done, we will look the same. Move forward with every workout. Increase the weight, difficulty, or intensity. 1 more lb. 1 more rep.
